Please note that while our beaded necklaces are designed for durability, necklaces with the spring loaded o-rings are not intended to replace collars and should not be used attached to leashes. 

We have added a “Add On” category, including martingale chains, welded o-rings, and scissor snaps. These add on allow you to elevate your necklace, turning it into a collar, able to be attached to a leash. If your dog is a puller, we recommend using a safety clip for safety reasons of course!  
 

To ensure longevity, remove the necklace before playtime or when your dog is crated, to prevent it from being caught or damaged. All necklaces are handmade with spring-loaded O-rings for easy removal, unless otherwise specified. When measuring, please double-check for accuracy as customized beads are final sale and alterations will be at buyers expense (shipping + materials needed). If after giving the green light to finalize you wish to make changes. There will be a $10-15 fee for time & materials (depending on necklace size). Ensuring the right fit for your dog’s necklace is essential for both comfort and style! To measure your dog’s neck accurately

1. Use a Soft Measuring Tape – Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the middle of your dog’s neck, where a collar would naturally sit.

2. Ensure a Comfortable Fit – Place two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck to allow for a bit of movement without being too loose.

3. Note the Measurement – Write down the exact number in inches or centimeters. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

For the best fit, always measure when your dog is standing in a relaxed position. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a string and compare it to a ruler.

Shipping is $15 in Canada. 

While this may seem high, shipping costs can range up to $20 or more depending on location, so we’ve set a balanced rate to keep it fair for everyone!

Shipping is free shipping if over $120! Necklaces are shipped through alternative shipping companies while any strikes are on going. Otherwise, packages are sent out using Canada Post & are expedited! You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped!

We are hoping in the future to ship to the states again!

Orders generally have a 1-2 week turn around time period. Including production & shipping!
